1. These terms and conditions govern the conduct of the offer titled Free Inverter trolley organized, conducted, and brought to you by Luminous.

2. Availing this offer is voluntary. These offers is open for all citizens of India only but excludes employees and the family members of Luminous brand, its associate partner, distributor, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the above.

3. By availing this offer, the participants accept the Terms and Conditions of entry as specified herein.

4. Free Inverter trolley will be commencing from 14th Jan & valid till 31st Jan 2025.

5. Luminous E-Shop reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and participants (including a participant's identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

8. Free Inverter trolley is only applicable for buying COMBO order (1 Inverter +1 battery order). We will not provide the above offer on any other purchase OR any other product.

9. Offer cannot be clubbed with any other running offer OR discounts.

10. All disputes relating to this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Gurgaon (Haryana) only.

11. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
