Terms & Conditions – Snapmint No Cost EMI Offer (NCEMI)

1. These terms and conditions govern the conduct of the offer titled Snapmint – No Cost EMI organized, conducted, and brought to you by Luminous E-Shop.

2. Participation in this offer is voluntary. This offer is open for all citizens of India only but excludes employees and the family members of Luminous brand, its associate partner, distributor, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the above.

3. By participating in this offer, the participants accept the Terms and Conditions of entry as specified herein.

4. Snapmint – No Cost EMI offer will be commencing from 1st March & will continue till 31st Dec 2025.

Luminous E-Shop reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and participants (including a participant's identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

7. The 3-month plan is the only No Cost EMI option, while the rest – 6,9 & 12 month are low-cost (interest-bearing) plans.

8. To Avail this offer – customer need to pay Minimum 25% order value as Down payment on Snapmint platform.

9. All disputes relating to this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Gurgaon (Haryana) only.

10. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
